I have been a patient here for almost 5 years and have always had a very positive experience. I am usually walking straight into my appointment which at it is, is very rare and very appreciated.
Two weeks ago the wire from my permanent retained came unglued and I called to see if they had space for me urgently. They made every effort but could not see me, so I went elsewhere. The people I went to did a very poor job which resulted in the wire ungluing again so I went back to Island park dental the second time. Not only did they do a perfect job, very smooth, quick and painless, but since I had paid for this the week prior, they were very generous with the price.
I can’t thank you guys enough for treating me with such kindness and for providing exemplary customer service.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rai since he moved to Ottawa, he’s been nothing less than an extraordinary Dentist, very professional and personable. An expert in his field with a steady hand you can trust. All the staff are lovely, kind and knowledgeable. Denise always greets me by name and runs the office efficiently. Seems a bit weird to leave a review on a dentist’s office, but they really are *that* good. Very professional, punctual, and it’s clear the location is very well managed. The employees seem to be well treated and like their jobs for the most part, which shows in the way they treat clients with respect and courtesy. Truly a lovely group of people.

Insofar as the treatment goes, they have really gone above and beyond for me. I had a unique and very well designed appliance from a dentist in London ON that I unfortunately lost in a move, and Dr. Rai has spent extra time researching it to provide me with a new one. He even called my former dentist to get information! He seems to have a curious mind with a commitment to excellence in his field, and it really shows in his work. In Ottawa temporary, needed an urgent check. Did google dentists in the area and checked a lot of reviews. I chose Island Park Dental. Dr. Saral Rai was very courteous, listened to me patiently while I was explaining my issue. He did a thorough check-up and a nice filling. Doesn't hurt anymore.
