I've been a patient there since I've been 16.Now I'm 60. The gang there are just great.The ladies at the front desk are so friendly, greeting you with a big smiling hello. I still have most of my teeth with the exception of a few crown and fillings.But I can still chew on a piece of steak.Dr. Rai is a great dentist, very professional but also a great guy. Always like joking around with him beforehand gets down to business. A big thank you to the whole staff.
In the fall of 2022, I had a visit with a new dentist, after moving to Ottawa, where I had a full cleaning and x-rays just a couple months prior. On that previous visit, that dentist did not indicate any cavities. The new dentist said I had six cavities, which struck me as odd considering I just saw a dentist a couple months prior. How could I get six cavities in just three months? I waited about a year to schedule another dentist appointment but I wanted a second opinion, so I went to Island Park Dental. Dr. Rai said he only found one, and another tooth that could potentially turn into a cavity. This seemed much more acceptable to me. Prior to my procedure, I was informed that Dr. Rai had an emergency dental procedure he needed to do during my time, and another dentist would be doing my cavities. That dentist did a remarkable job.In addition, the dental hygienists are also great. As is Amber, the Hygiene Coordinator - who has exemplary customer service in that she responds to emails and messages faster than any medical office I have encountered.Between Dr. Rai, the dental hygienists, and Amber, Island Park Dental is undoubtedly one of the best dental clinics I have been a patient. I highly recommend this clinic.
After years of foster care and homelessness,my mouth was in desperate need of help.The staff and dentists were kind and treated me well during every visit. They also made sure I could get my work done without going broke again. A really good dental clinic 😌

I have been a patient here for almost 5 years and have always had a very positive experience. I am usually walking straight into my appointment which at it is, is very rare and very appreciated.Two weeks ago the wire from my permanent retained came unglued and I called to see if they had space for me urgently. They made every effort but could not see me, so I went elsewhere. The people I went to did a very poor job which resulted in the wire ungluing again so I went back to Island park dental the second time. Not only did they do a perfect job, very smooth, quick and painless, but since I had paid for this the week prior, they were very generous with the price.I can’t thank you guys enough for treating me with such kindness and for providing exemplary customer service.I highly recommend anyone to go to see Dr Rai and his team.

An expert in his field with a steady hand you can trust. All the staff are lovely, kind and knowledgeable. Denise always greets me by name and runs the office efficiently. Allison is my dental hygienist of choice, she’s a true gem.
