Seems a bit weird to leave a review on a dentist’s office, but they really are *that* good. Very professional, punctual, … More and it’s clear the location is very well managed. The employees seem to be well treated and like their jobs for the most part, which shows in the way they treat clients with respect and courtesy. Truly a lovely group of people.
Insofar as the treatment goes, they have really gone above and beyond for me. I had a unique and very well designed appliance from a dentist in London ON that I unfortunately lost in a move, and Dr. Rai has spent extra time researching it to provide me with a new one. He even called my former dentist to get information! He seems to have a curious mind with a commitment to excellence in his field, and it really shows in his work. I’m grateful to have the opportunity to receive dental care from him and his team. -

I've been a patient there since I've been 16.Now I'm 60. The gang there are just great.The ladies at the front … More desk are so friendly, greeting you with a big smiling hello. I still have most of my teeth with the exception of a few crown and fillings.But I can still chew on a piece of steak.Dr. Rai is a great dentist, very professional but also a great guy. Always like joking around with him beforehand gets down to business. A big thank you to the whole staff. -
